1. The product must be in its original packaging and in like-new condition.
2. All accessories, manuals, and documentation originally included with the product must be returned.
3. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, must be provided.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email at Titantechdistributors@gmail.com. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be included with your returned item. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or was shipped in error. Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund in your account.
